It was like a light bulb went on!
I did the LC diet a few years ago and immediatly started searching the web for dessert recipes. Then I found CAD and went crazy with eating that "one meal, eat all you want". Well eventually I was off and running again"CARB WILD". Last night as Im reading the Atkin book I see it! Page 107. "Fat is much more ketosis-n inducing than protein." So why have I been buying skinless, boneless chicken breasts and ground beef with 10% fat. Old habits do die hard, don't they. Im listening to the Master himself on how to beat this fat once and for all!!!
