Hello there!! I have been on Atkins Induction now since 1/3/03 and have lost 9 pounds thus far. I have to tell ya, this is the first diet, I think, EVER, that I have not cheated on even ONCE! At my work, we always talk about how it has to "click" in your brain that you are going to succeed at this - it never has before for me. I think my main motivation is that I will be 40 years old in 18 months and I want to start that period of my life healthy and happy. I live in the Upstate NY area and I would love to hear from others in my area who are into the low carb lifestyle, especially those who have succeeded on this. I am committed to this - after having tried all the others out there, this is IT for me - I WILL lose this 100 pounds and be healthy! Thanks for listening!
