Pure Excitement!

I just wanted to drop a quick line to state how excited I am about my weight loss. In eleven days I have lost 7lbs. That averages about .64lbs a day. Not bad, so any one who's scanning these boards and considering this wol, GO FOR IT. I am a testament to that it works. Previously, I had lost 55lbs on this plan. It feels so good to be in control again in the way I eat.
