Question Trace Sugar and Gin

Hi all! I LOVE this place! I am on my sixth day of induction, and my question is: Can I marinte a flank steak in Teriaki Sauce or Worchestershire Sauce even though the label says that in has a gram of sugar and one carb?

Also, I hate to admit that last night at my dad's 87th birthday dinner, I had a Martini with him. have I totally blown my induction? I haven't lost weight yet, but I think it is because it is that time of the month for me.

Thanks for all the help!
