Default one or two exercises per muscle group??

This is just a quick question (and it'll become clear that I don't have the BFL book yet - it's on my list to buy as soon as I get paid!). I was looking at the BFL website and it said for weight training to do 12, 10, 8 and 6 reps for one exercise at increasing resistances. Then go back to a lower resistance and do 24 reps (ie: two sets of 12 without stopping for rest). It also says to choose TWO exercises per muscle group. But when I look at the PDF files on the website (the link that Nat gave), it doesn't seem to talk about doing two different exercises for each muscle group. Can someone explain this to me and give me a quick run down on what is suggested.

Thanx guys!
