Hello all!
Glad to be hear, heard great things about this WOL or WOE for me it will be both.
It will be hard and will need help along the way. I was given to books by a really good friend of mine who lost 28lbs in 2 1/2 months. I am wowed still. I am kinda clueless about this diet but will find my way.
How many carbs should one eat in a day?
