I'm starting again at midnight tonight - please wish me luck!

I know it sounds lame - and I will start with new starting weight (higher I'm sure

) tomorrow morning. I'm ready this time - have worked out what to do for stress.

Every day I'll take each boy for a 15 minute walk in the evenings.
Then do a 15 minute walk by myself. I'm sure that Alexander(5) and Edwin(4) will love the walks and I'll be doing some good for myself also.

I'm going to DO IT this time. I have to - my back is hurting, my knees are sore, I'M TOO FAT!!!!!!!
