blood sugar OK but no wt coming off

Hi
Whats wrong with me???
I stablize my sugar but the wreight just wont come off.I have freinds that are eating this woe and losing great. Whats wrong with me????
I know I need to excerise more,but right now I have a heel spur thats really hurting me just to walk from room to room.

So whats with me body anyway?? Any ideas will be appreated.
I m trying to keep under 20 carbs a day.

So what is wrong ??\
