folks i have no clue if this is gonna work or not but here goes my name is maryann 64 usually healthy (while i lived on farm that is) came to town dont go out and in 4 years i have ballooned out taking care of sick daughter resulted in enormous hernia first operation 2 yrs ago not allowed to do anything for yr it was rough oper. so of course wt piled on (im really a 130# person screaming inside to get out) hadnt worked so far here comes second oper. in oct. now surgeon says wt off or im in trouble cause the inner lining is thin and running out of space to sew netting on to keep my guts in SOOOOO pop goes first started atkins but i really never ate that much and im trying to do what he says all that fat stuff meat cheese eggs i almost got to purple couple days ago ate a ross chocolate bar and down i went i read you guys posts i m hoping for the committment i see in all of you family sees wt loss (lost some before i started this) i ve just got too i ve got sick family i have to take care of HA! DOES THAT ROSS CANDY MESS YOU UP i ate the orange chocolate good luck to all you re stories makes me think you can teach an old dog new tricks maryann
