I am saying binge, but it was not really.. I was just out in a place where the only things they served for lunch were pasta and bread.. which I had.. it was not a small amount either.

Later on that day I was in agony - and all through the night as I had SUCH a bloated feeling and trapped wind in my stomach, I thought something was seriously wrong with me.

I did come down with a virus and am only getting over that now, but the bloated stomach pain I am SURE came from eating white pasta and bread in amounts that I have not eaten for the longest time now. Is it possible? Has anyone else had that reaction to carbs??? I also took a little bit of my daughters toast this morning to test my theory out.... same feeling in the tummy but nowhere near as bad!! Had indigestion for ages after it.

I do NOT want that again so I will be making sure white flour goods dont pass my lips again!

Would love some feedback on this.
