Mustard
I'm using French's Yellow mustard and the ingredients reads:
Distilled vinegar, water, no.1 grade mustard seed, salt, contains less than 2% of tumeric, paprika, spice, natural flavor, garlic powder.
Normally you have to look at the ingredients list because something that claims to have zero carbs/sugar only has less than .5g because the serving size is quite small, but the item in question could have a significant amount of sugar anyway.
So my question is ...is there anything here I need to be worried about? Looks like it doesn't have any sugar in the product at all. Can I use this all I want on my food?
