Question Looking for Natrushka

Hope to find Natrushka here. Penelope suggested I ask your opinion on PP versus Atkins based on my work out level (As you've guessed I'm in a stall). Here is my normal routine 2 ot 3 times a week (ps: I also live at 7,300 feet in the mountains of colorado so working out at serious altitude):

30 minutes on the eliptical with resistance on 9 (or 10) and incline alternates 6 - 12 at 5minute intervals usually with an average heart rate around 150.

assisted dip and pull up sets (1 wide arm, 1military style, 1classic pullup) at 40 lbs 3 sets of 10 each

back and bicep machines at 20lbs 4 sets of 10 ( I think I need to up my lbs)

bench press machine at 40lbs 4 sets of 10

100 ab crunches on the exercise ball

4 sets of 10 side crunches each side with a 5lb weight

4 sets of 10 leg lifts in the roman chair

I'm not really sure what the differences are in the two plans other than allowing caffiene and alchohol (neither fo which I really eat anyway). What are your thoughts?
