the gym (less) exercise log of winterrose!!
Hi all,
It's been a long story for me. At college I could roll out of bed and walk to the gym and stay for a few hours if I had to! Never had any weight problem then. But now that I'm back at home I can't get to the gym at all (really long story) so I have been doing exercise videos and DDR. I don't have resistance bands so I'm not getting the full benefit of my workout-- Slim in 6's Burn it Up (advanced) video and Billy Blank's Ab Bootcamp and some very liberal playing of dance dance revolution-- so I'm not sure what I should do to get more exercise while not going to the gym.
I will list here what I'm doing each day and I welcome suggestions-- if you see I could be doing something better PLEASE let me know! But I am human so I know I will make mistakes or skip a day or two on the way. That said, I do (and will do) the best I can!!!
1/31/07 : I played DDR for two hours, until the calorie log said I'd burned 500 calories.
