I can live like this!!!!!!!

I'm new here. I've been doing Atkins since May, and I have lost 45lbs. and I'm pretty happy about it to say the least

Right now I'm kinda messing around, and am not losing as quickly as I could if I got really disciplined again, and this needs to stop. I can live this way forever. This forum and a couple of mailings that I subscribe to have helped me to find a substitute for pretty much everything that I could possibly miss.(except white bread, but I'll live!!)
Life is good and we can do this if we stay focussed!!
