Fruits & Veggies
Hey Guys!
I have been doing low carb off and on for some time now. I am back at it again and have a question. The first time around I stuck to only veggies that we low carb and no fruit at all but this time around I want to incorporate as many fruits and veggies as possible. So, my question is...
After induction, can you eat as much fruits and veggies as you want or will that slow the weight loss?
To me, there is no way that eating lots of fruits and veggies can be bad but if it is going to slow weight loss than I'm not sure if I want to do it.
