Okay, not quite. Actually that's my goal.
Goals:
10 pullups
100 pushups
50 hindu pushups (similar to dive bomber)
100 hindu squats
3 min bridge (wrestler's)
Hold a handstand
I've been kind of slack the last few weeks as far as my resistance training, but I have been playing basketball 1-2 times per week. I started up again last night, so here goes the journal to keep me honest.
