20 minutes on the Sky Glider
Lovin' the iPod Nano! I think I already have to edit my playlist because a couple of songs are a bit too slow for the natural pace I'm developing. I'm a little annoyed that I've taken two days off already this week, but my very supportive DH suggested that I just attempt to exercise every day. That way if I miss a day, it's no big deal since I'll be exercising the next day. Did I mention he was the one who bought me my iPod? He says it's because he's proud of me for keeping up with my eating and exercise plan. Whatta guy!
