Just starting to jog . . .
Hi there! I've just started to try to jog on my treadmill, sort of within my 30 minutes of cardio I do a day. I'll run 5 minutes twice.
The problem is, my form's awful. I keep my shoulders back, but my husband says I jog like I'm wearing high heels. I shuffle, & my strides are too short. I also can only take going 5mph.
Does anyone have any tips for me? I'd love to hear from anyone!
