Starting Sugarbusters

I sort of remember the rules of Sugarbusters *I think* and I am starting it on Monday. I will not be able to get a hold of the book for another two weeks. So if anyone could give me a quick rundown of it, it would be much appreciated!

By the way what breads are legal?
