It's a series of low-carb / carb cycling cutting techniques used by bodybuilders for cutting (losing fat weight w/o losing lbm)

It's very similar to BFFM pre-contest low carb, and has more details on the CKD like the one Trainer Dan (from this forum) was teaching. (link btw is: http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=16165 )
