Considering Atkin's again
I am considering starting the Atkin's diet again, but I am a little afraid that I will mess up again. I was doing the Atkin's diet a while ago. I was in the 10th day of the induction diet and after bragging that I had lost 10 lbs in 8 days, I blew the diet terribly. I gained back 6 pounds within the first two days and then I stopped weighing myself. I am back to 220 lbs which is exactly where I started before. It seems like when I am acknowledge that I am having some success with a diet, I completely lose it!!! I am just afraid that I will keep doing this to myself. Does anyone have any suggestions???
