Stats: 157/147.5/138 Female 5 ft 6 1/2 in

Location: Ottawa, Ontario

here's my plan for October

I'm going back to induction for 2 weeks to see if I can break my stall ... so no pecans or delite bars for 2 weeks. And keeping carbs at 20.

The next two weeks will be keeping carbs under 40.

And, I was so glad to hear that BIRTHDAYS don't count as cheats
