Aquaholic,

What does your workout regime consist of? I am asking because it is an important piece of information for you to consider when you say that 1200 calories would be about as much as you can consume. Unfortunetly, if you want to lose weight and you are on a pretty intense workout schedule you will need to eat more than that. Even if you have to force feed yourself for a little while, while you body gets used to it. I have had to it and I'm finally losing weight again.
