Default Brain Fog

Okay - been back on LC for a few days now and I have to tell you that i am experiencing brain fog like you wouldn't believe. My head feels like it's swimming and I seldom can complete a thought uninterupted.

Is this a normal thing when you are getting into (back into) induction?

Today I have eaten:

Breakfast
2 Eggs
2 two sausage
2 glasses of water

Lunch:
Fajitas (meat and onions only)
Side Salad with Italian dressing.
2 glasses of tea (with sweet and low)

I don't think it has to do with Aspartame...
