Question To do HIIT must I stop doing weights?

Hi again,

I've been reading about HIIT and sounds very interesting. My workout is detailed below and as you'll see I dont' really do cardio as I hate it with passion. I haven't been working on a steady basis for long, keep falling off the wagon, but I"m still trying. I was considering if doing HIIT would be beneficial to me.

If I were to do it how can I incorporate it into my routine? I read one of the links that was posted on the "What's HIIT"? thread so I know the basics of it but I'm wondering if I can do it let's say after my weights or I should only do it on days I don't do weights. As you see I already do pretty much 5 days of pure weights. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

day1: glutes/legs
day2: back/abs
day3: chest/shoulders
day4: arms/abs
day5: Glutes (only)
