Vacation is over now and im finaly home after 3 weeks of being on the road and in laws house.. I can finaly get back to my wol again... gain 8 lbs.. but im not fretting.. Tom is here also.. I eat carbs at my inlaws house and on the road traveling no feelings were hurt that way.. So today Im back to my normal way of eating once more... I am starting out back on induction to get back in ketosis then will start moving back to where i was at.. At least my clothes still fit.. Just feels good to be home and half way back to normal again.. granted the occasional potatoes and stuff were fun.. but back to serious bussiness.. Well time for lunch with my mock taco salad and vegies...
