Default Question about Bean Thread Vermicelli

Okay... I have a package of Bean Thread Vermicelli which says it's ingredients are Mung Bean and Water. They are DRIED, wrapped in individual bundles and have the following nutritional information:

Serving Size: 11 pieces
Servings per package: 4

Calories: 16
Total Fat: 0g
Cholesterol: 0g
Sodium: 6g
Total Carbohydrate: 2g
Dietary Fiber: 2g
Sugars: 0g
Protein: 2g

Could this be correct? This package is made in China and before I try them I want to be absolutely sure that this isn't a TYPO!
I cannot find any nutritional information on them via the Internet.
HELP!

Thanks!
Heather
