Have you told family/friends?Do you wan't to surprise anyone?

I have 2 people I like to surprise. My daughter who lives on the westcoast and I have not seen for two years is coming next summer for a visit. She has been asking for pictures but I told her I'll take some but don't pose.

She's seen me at 258 lbs last.
Also my sister will come next year who lives on the Eastcoast (I live in the middle) She has not seen me since I started this.
I am now down 46lbs and I know there is a big difference already.
I can't wait to see their faces.
So how about you?
