Yesterday I was picking up my son's perscription at the Rite Aid Pharmacy. If anyone has ever done this, you would remember that they tend to staple information in addition to the medicine's information, about health or clinics etc.
Well yesterday I glance at it and had a pleasant surprise, clipped to the bag was an small informational piece about getting rid of your sweet tooth! It talked about not eating bread, pototes, and sweets as well as lowering your sugar in general. It was still way more that what we do here at LowCarb but boy was it a refreshing change.
