i'm on day 11 and am feelin' F.I.N.E. fine.
i quit smoking well over a year ago and gained a ton.
this is the first diet i have ever read that has convinced me spirtually,physically and mentally that is for real.
and i am so damned excited about the six pounds i've lost, i can't speak.
but i do so want to talk about it.
am looking way forward to saturday. god, i miss my fruit!
