Hi Ladies,

Welcome back Melanie!!!!

We all sure did miss you and I am glad you had a good time. You did very well and should be proud of yourself. Just think of the damage that you could have done!! Looking forward to hearing all about your trip.

Just a quick note to tell everyone that on 48 Hours tonight at either 8 or 9PM they will be talking about the Atkins diet. I am taping it because I know I will forget to watch it if I don't. It will be interesting to see what they say about it.
