Caffeine and CKD
I am confused regarding caffiene and dieting in general.
I have read conflicting info that a cup of black coffee will help the performance during a workout, and then I read that it stalls people, but then I read people take caffeine in a stack! It is all so confusing.
I like decaf really but would like to get the straight scoop on caffeine and the CKD plan. Yes or no?
