WATER: How do you manage??
Hi guys,
I'm going to go on Atkins in in a couple of days for the second time -- I did it a couple of years ago but flopped as I was doing it wrong. One of my main problems was not getting in all that water! I figure I need to drink around 80 oz. of water a day. That is SO much though! I'll drink just 16 oz. and that will make me feel full and then I'll be running to the bathroom for the next 1/2 hour.
So -- any tips for drinking large quntities of water?
And PLEASE tell me that my body will get used to all that water, I simply can't spend the day running to the bathroom!
