Urgently need some inspiration

Hi all

I am really pissed off at the moment as I put up a lb this week. I am starting to lose my motivation and am bored to death with my diet!

Anyone any tips for lunches and snacks before I lose my way completely and put back on the 10lbs that I've lost?

PLease help!!!!
