New Here in NYC

Hi Everyone! I just started the Atkins Diet on Monday and already lost 3 pounds even though I really can't believe it

!! I have been wanting to try this diet for years. I know that I am a carb addict and need to change my eating habits. I am a little nervous about what to do when my two week induction is up. Also I feel really tired which should pass right??

Anyway, you will be seeing me on these boards A LOT!
