hello, its a pleasure!
this would be the 1st ive ever tried LC (THATS an understatement!) i actually started may 7th. my first week was a huge success, i even experienced that fabled 'natural appetite supressant' it was odd, i was eating purely to quell my hunger. (genuine hunger) now, for the past couple weeks, its been a little rocky, for a variety of reasons i believe.
im looking forward to everyones sagelike advice and tales.
