Well, I've decided to take the plunge - tomorrow I start CALP

. I'm still a little scared (I'm one of the Atkins deserters

) but I'm excited about it. Anyone have any great tips for a newbie at CALP, give 'em here

I also upped my exercise a little as of this morning - 60 minute walk to work with hills instead of 25 minutes downhill!
