Default Soe Breast Anyone

In the last few weeks I have noticed that me boobs have become sore and feel 'different'.
Its like Im pregnant or something (Im not ) cos they are all tender.
I am not big by any maens in that department.
can anyone relate or explain? or is unrelated. Seems a coincidence cos its never happened before.
