My Mission for Muscle
Well....
I choose April 1st to begin my gym log...interesting!
I hope that doing so will assist me in being more consistent with my exercise routine. I really need it for several reasons...
1. Health/Fitness
2. Stress Reduction (I am currently supervising 18 staff
members who are fighting like mad but all behind each
others backs. Unusual for them and very frustrating!)
3. Weight Loss
4. Fun
5. Input
So here goes!
April 1, 2002
Ski Machine with resistance - 30 minutes; average 4.5 miles per
hour for 1.75 miles.
April 2, 2002
Bowflex Weight Lifting - 40 minutes; 2 sets of 12 reps to failure
of each exercise.
1. Shoulder Press - 50#
2. Leg Press - 120# ? (Can't remember for sure, will check)
3. Bench Press - 50#
4. Lat Press - 60#
5. Lat Pull Down - 60#
6. Leg Curl - 60#
7. Leg Extension - 60#
8. Chest Fly's - 40#
9. Biceps Curl - 50#
10. Resisted Ab Crunch - 60#
11. Seated Rows - 30#
