Default A preservative and yogurt cheese?

ANTI Yeastie beastie experts please answer:

Benzoic acid is a preservative. Open and read way down until you see it listed on this page : http://www.bact.wisc.edu/microtextb.../chemAgent.html

It is an acid (people on the anti-yeast diet are supposed to avoid vinegars and acids right?)

BUT Benzoid acid is a preservative specifically BECAUSE it inhibits the growth of FUNGIs...yeast IS fungi!

So, wouldn't it be okay for an anti yeast dieter?
It is in liquid sweetnlow - and other liquid sweeteners (for those of us avoiding maltodextrins or even carbs in very small amounts in other sweeteners. If it is used to preserve cider/it is used as an antifungal agent - so does that make the cider (acidic) okay?
-----------
Also, anti-yeasters are supposed to avoid cheeses/but what about YOGURT cheese that SAYS it has probiotic "ophilus" stuff in it? Is that kind of cheese okay?

Oh yes, and nut oils...great monosaturated oils, but warned against nuts (molds)? But it's jus the oil so I think it's okay for her. Yes? No?
Not for me, for my family member on low carb. Thanks.
