Hi Everyone,

I'm Eleanor, a stay at home mum with a young child and a baby. I live just outside Glasgow, Scotland. I have been doing Atkins very slowly for some time and find it great after years of low fat.

I am not too hot on the computer and decided to try and increase my techno confidence by just going ahead and using it. So far, I haven't managed to blow it up or wreck it. This board is one of the most challenging things I have subscribed to yet and it is taking me some time to figure out all those icons and things. hopefully, it will all become second nature to me with a bit of practice.

I'm looking forward to joining in with the chat as well as getting and giving some support.
