Hi everyone! This is Day 2 of my Induction and I'm hoping to stick with this WOL from here on out. I had tried this WOL about a month ago and got so lathargic with a severe headache that I started eating carbs like crazy and the feeling went away. BUT I can't seem to lose weight on the low-fat diet and with all the success stories that I've read concerning low-carb, and the fact that I really like "real" food, I thought I'd try one more time. Can anyone offer any suggestions on what could have happened when I got so lathargic? Any help is definitely appreciated.
