Question operation

Hello,
Hope this message is not being repeated but I did see original. JUst had arthoscopic surgery of shoulder. That morning weighed 163. Had tuna in the afternoon after operation and steak with brocoli at night. Lots of water. The next morning
3 lbs heavier. I know I received intravenous, they said electrol;ytes; could this be sugar? I thought salts.
Also I know this may be off topic but have any of
you had trouble urinating after an operation? I am drinking a great deal and going less. Thanks
Allen
