Getting Serious About Reshaping!
This morning, did 25 minutes of cardio and about 5 minutes of floor exercises (pilates). Cardio consisted of jogging in place for 10 minutes, jumping jacks for 2 minutes (I hate those things :lol , aerobics dancing for the rest. Pilates I did were 3 reps of Hundreds (knees bent) with 15 arm pumps per rep. Also did 5 Roll Ups. New for me, so that's all I could do. Will gradually increase the number I do, over time.
