Im reading my gazette today and it says Canada will be the 2nd country to banned Trans Fat. So I guess we wont be seeing much junk food anymore on shelves or from other countries. Meaning if other countries want to sell to Canada, they will have to take the trans fat out and label it. Well I'm glad they are doing it. At least it will be one thing less to worry about in our food and especially for our kids. Cause its mainly in crackers, cereals, cookies, french fries etc. etc. Denmark is the first country that is already in force. Well I guess if they survied so will we and the rest of the world if we all put it in force. After all, its for our health.
