I started seeing a nutritional therapist a while back who did a hair analysis test, the results came back as adrenal exhaustion. Unfortunately I wasn't able to continue seeing the therapist and so didn't carry on with the plan she gave me. I have, since then, tried the Atkins diet (which was very similar to what she gave me), I thought I may have a candida problem so I tried an anti-candida diet, but it was all so hard to do alone especially not knowing if it was a problem, so I finally decided to get myself to another nutritional therapist.She, however, can't see me until January. I am just wondering if there is anyone here who can just give me an idea of how I should be eating for the time being, I can't remember too much of what I was told. I think it's best I don't take any supplements, other than a vitamin/ mineral until I see the therapist and she is able to tailor it to suit me.
