yes, ANOTHER calorie question!!! sorry...
alright.... i know that we're supposed to have 10-12 times our body weight. but is that the maximum? minimum? will you gain if eat more calories than that? should i stay in that range for the most weight loss? sorry... i know EVERYONE seems to ask questions about calories but i just wanna get this cleared up for myself.
