Hello group!

I have been low-carbing for two weeks at the suggestion of my mother, who has been doing it off and on for years with great success.

My mother eats a slice of the Food For Life brand Ezekiel 4:9 bread every day. I am apprehensive to eat this bread as it has a lot of carbs. My mother insists that since the bread is made with sprouted grains, the carbs are assimilated differently by the body. She has eaten it every day and still has had success. I was wondering if anyone else has had experience with the Ezekiel bread?
