.02 cents here. I have been lc dieting for 21 months and weight lifting for about 12 months.
I think I have cut about 75 pounds of fat and added about 9 pounds of muscle.
I have done some sort of carb cycling for about 5 months now.
My photos and results are here for everyone to see.
I do think it is possible to gain muslce and lose fat at the same time. It may not be optimal for gaining muscle but like myself and a lot of others here Musle gain is not the priority.
For me losing the 110 pounds of excess fat is my goal.
