Cool Which supplements REALLY work?

Hi all,

We all know theres thousands of different supplements out there that claim they can "increase muscle mass by 9000% in 5 days" or "can make you burn bodyfat 10x faster than anything else" etc etc

But what supplements really work?

I recently stopped competetively powerlifting and now I want to get into bodybuilding, so I tried 6-7 different brands of creatine, none worked...at all! But then I found Meta-cel which seems to be doing what its supposed to do...

What other supplements do we know that works?

Kieran
